These workshops offer an improvisational space to meditate on different aspects of your own embodiment, movement, and mind-body connections. You can move, rest, explore, and learn at your own pace in your own space.
Online Group BMC® Workshops
Body-Mind Centering® sessions can address many things, including physical pain, healing from injuries & surgeries, and discovering new possibilities for mobility and support.
When we are met with support and presence, and our whole system is listened to (physical, structural, emotional, spiritual, and energetic experience), unwinding, learning, and healing occurs.
Sessions can include hands-on bodywork and/or guided somatic movement explorations and movement re-patterning.
Sessions are done fully clothed, on a massage table or cushioned floor mat.
Private Sessions
Private Yoga sessions offer a deeply personalized approach to your yoga practice. I draw on my somatic work, as well as many different styles of yoga, offering a hands-on approach to guide you with care and awareness.
Whether you are new to your practice, looking to deepen, or need support to modulate for injuries, pain, or changes in mobility, personalized sessions meet you where you are at and open up space for growth and learning.
